Good reasons to write

• A design or download doesn't work, or looks wrong on your profile.
• The header maker misbehaves in your browser. Tell us the browser and device you're using.
• You'd like a design in a particular theme or color. We can't promise it, but we keep a list.
• You have a question about using our designs, for example in print or on another platform.
• Something in a guide is out of date. X moves buttons around now and then, and we appreciate the tip.

What we can't help with

We're an independent site and we're not part of X. We can't access, unlock, verify or recover X accounts, and we can't change anything on X's side. For account problems, use X's own help center from inside the app or on the website.

We never ask for your password or login codes. If someone claiming to be us does, it isn't us.
